Question two questions that NEED to be answered please!!

      Okay. I have two questions...

      1) My dream recall has been on the downside lately... like... I will remember it, then forget it totally within 30 seconds upon wakening, or I won't remember at all. How can I make my recall better? I am so confused...

      2) Does music effect dreams? Recently, I have been listening to music while I sleep (Skillet) and I've been having dreams related to the songs, but very different... Such as Ben going in a Coma and dying (when I woke up i heard the song comatose) so does that mean that music DOES effect dreams? Can they help you become lucid? Or ruin your chances?

Start recording your dreams in a dream journal, that should improve your recall over time. Start writing as soon as you wake up, don't wait.

Music can definitely effect your dreams, and yes they can help you become lucid. You might find it helpful to play music softly as you sleep in order to act as a dream sign to get you lucid. I have my clock radio go off during the night on a low volume in order to alert me that I'm dreaming, the same might work for you.
Good luck Also I like your cat drawings.

I take Omega 3 for clarity and recall. I don't remember every dream, I remember important dreams and yes- do keep a Dream Journal.

      Dream Journal

      - When you wake up, lay still and remember your dreams before thinking of anything else, such as what you need to do, where you need to go today etc.
      - Write dreams down as detailed as you can
      - When you go to bed, you might want to repeat mantra "I remember my dreams when I wake up" or similar

      Music

Yeah, I bet it does effect dreams, as do other noises.
      Lucid dreaming goals:

Fly( ) Tame a recurring wolf that has been in about 10 different dreams/nightmares ( ) Fly on a Night Fury from HTTYD ( ) Ask my subconscious why I have so many nightmares ( )
Fight agent Smith ( ) Ride a huge spider to a battle against a beenest ( ) Face all of my nightmare creatures and beat them ( ) Be a god ( )

Totally agree about the dream journal, mantra and omega-3, also Choline Bitartrate is really good for dream recall. It's a natural B-vitamin amino acid supplement that is found naturally in things like egg yolks and improves memory. You can get it fairly cheap in any health food shop.
