Don't wake up a lot during the night now/recall is failing?

Basically, the last 4 days I've been experiencing difficulty recalling dreams as well as I normally do/my motivation to write them down has been failing. I don't really wake up as much as I used to during the night either. I used to constantly set my alarm for like 4AM to attempt a WILD (would always fail) but I'd always wake up usually at that time, usually with a dream in my remembrance. Since I've stopped WILDing, I've stopped setting my alarm for that time in the hope that I would just continue to wake up. I did at first, but now I just end up sleeping through until whenever and can't really remember my dreams much either. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Easy to get your dream recall back.
      1. Before going to sleep, tell yourself that you will catch yourself woken up. Repeat that a lot and than go to sleep.
2 100% that you will wake up at first try.
      3. When woken up DO NOT MOVE. Try to stay calm and DO NOT THINK about remembering your dream. Let the dream come to your head itself. If you think too hard there is high possibility that you will not remember it at all.
      4. Write your dream down.
      5. If you still can't remember your dream, write down how you felt after waking up and tell yourself that you will remember it tomorrow morning.
      6. Repeat after every awakening during the night.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.
