I do agree that it is a myth. But it is a myth one can see how easy it would be to believe. Slightly misinterpreting real facts is all it would take.
Indeed. I just didn't want anybody going along thinking that 90% of the brain is just doing nothing.
I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.

Likewise, you cant teach some one who looks for facts to have faith in the absence of facts.

No I wouldn't. They're just figments of my imagination. Sure they're incredibly alike their real-life counterpart, but hey, it's not really them.

I agree with Unumtrium. Dream Characters are just that, Dream Characters. Spirit guides and Dream Guides are completely different, but I still wouldn't consider them as people as they never lived a human life. I bet if I set down with a chess master dream character in the world compilation, he may sound and play smart..but in the end I can take his king away with my hand and I win the whole thing. Or I can ask him whats 2 plus 2? and he responds with something stupid and he turns dumb and leaves the chess table for a hot dog.

Dream Characters in my book are always dumber then a sack of potatoes falling down a cliff.
Lucid dreaming takes three things: Patience, practice, and perseverance.

I didn't make any sense in that sentence. I think I meant to say that once you wake up from the dream, do you consider the DC's in your dream actual people.

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.
