Can't remembe rmy dreams for nothing?

Seriously no matter how hard I try I cannot recall dreams, only like 13 seconds worth of it. Do you think diet is important? Or sleeping pattern all together? Even if I try to keep a journal every night it just doesn't work. I am considering go to bed earlier and maybe change my diet. What do you guys think and suggest?

It's good to get into a regular sleeping pattern - going to bed at 10:00 one night and 2:00 in the morning the next probably isn't the best thing for dream recall. It makes it difficult for your body to establish a proper REM schedule, which is when dreams are formed and remembered.

I'm not too certain that one's diet will have a big impact on recall.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Ah, well I went to take a nap (Was testing the methods that are mentioned in those video tutorials) and I had a dream that I was in SP but it was dark and I wasn't dreaming. I knew I could have a lucid right then and there but since it was only a test I did the different breathing method and wow my body felt such a pain I felt myself where I was paralyzed from head to toe like it was an electric shock. I had a false awaking with my brother beside me and I told him what happened, then I woke up for real.

I don't think i will have trouble with recall anymore lol. That was painful though experiencing felt all the shocked nerves in my body.

It's wierd to have a dream about SP... I tend to have them if I fail a WILD; not to mention these "dream" episodes are often more intense and painful than I'd like them to be.
