Your first dream

So just like the title says, post the first dream you remember having! Think back as far as you can remember.

My first dream:

"I am walking through a city with tall sky-scrapers lain out in a grid pattern between straight paved streets and sidewalks. The city and the sky are in blacks, whites and grays, devoid of any colour but are as vivid as a movie with the contrast hiked up high. As I walk through the city there are people passing me dressed in suites, dresses and other like clothing with straight, tall posture and heads level. Some hold briefcases in hand and all walk briskly in lines as straight as the sidewalks they walk upon. Eventually I come to a large intersection where several roads converge. In the middle of the intersection is a roundabout. The roundabout is rimmed with a paved lip but inside that lip the blacks and whites stop and there is vivid colour. The roundabout contains lush, vividly green grass and a single large, tall and healthy apple tree. I walk onto the green grass of the roundabout and up to the apple tree. I see a large red apple that is so big as to weigh down one of the high branches of the apple tree just enough for me to reach the apple. I walk over to the tree, pluck the plump apple and take a large bite."

I didn't even know what a "roundabout" was when I had that dream. The dream has always struck me as very odd... I'm not sure how old I was when I had it, but I was very young.

Cool dream, very artistic

Must have been interesting to see how the bright colors looked against the black and white background... Gives me ideas for LDs lol.

The first dream I can remember was pretty weird, and it was really only a fragment. It was set up like an old side-scrolling videogame from the early 90s like the original Duke Nukem. I was running through different levels of what I can only describe as "hell" and trying to make my way to an evil witch who was heating and stirring a cauldron and about to put my mom in it.

I must have been about 5 years old when I had that dream, and its the only time I've ever dreamed in that perspective (2d sidescroller).

I only remember very few dreams from my early childhood and most of the ones I remember were lucid. I know that it wasnt my first but it is the earliest dream I can remember. I had the same dream several times a month for years. Which was amazing because that was how I learned to become lucid.

In the original version of the dream i was hanging out with two of my cousins who are a little older than me. It was night time and I assume we were at their house. It was a trailor house so it had steps leading up to the door. The three of us were just walking around outside when we saw these glowing red eyes under a bush. We went over to investigate and one of my cousins stuck his hand under the bush and had several fingera bitten off. We all took off running to the house and they were faster than me. They would get up and through the door but everytime the stairs would turn into snakes and wrap around my legs before I got inside.

Ya it was pretty cool. Very artistic and beautiful for sure.

That is weird! Very cool. I shall have to try that out some time... Lol I remember Duke Nukem, that game was legit. Such a classic.

I used to have stuff like that happen a lot in my dreams when I was young too. While running away from something you get slowed or stopped somehow. Interesting stuff...

Bunch of people being killed by a giant rolling pin. I had this dream a lot when I was little.

At school (primary school at the time) and it was night. Everyone was absolutely terrified. I looked up to see an absolutely GIGANTIC basketball player. Like.. HUGE.

It was more of a nightmare though, i woke up crying :3. This was in year 2
