Mantras work much better than expected :D

hello everyone

I just wanted to say that mantras work!! very good actually.
I always had zero dream recall. I could remember a dream about once a month.
Ofcourse i have tried to keep a dream journal. but that didn't work well for me

, so I searched everywhere on the internet and this forum ofcourse to find a way to improve my dream recall. Mantras was the awnser ! from zero dream recall to 1 or 2 dreams a night.

I sayd: I will have a dream tonight! I will have a dream tonight. I kept repeating till I fell asleep.
For everyone that has problems to recall their dreams: just try it

oohh.... and when it works, write it down in your dream journal ofcourse

That's great! I'd do mantras every night but I don't sleep alone so I can't talk out loud at night. I do repeat them in my head but it would be more effective out loud. Good luck on dreaming!
