Question Any tutorials on dream incubation?

Are there any tutorials on this? I've searched but to no avail. Maybe I'm not using the proper terminology.

What I mean by dream incubation is the ability to dream of what you want. Obviously, think about it as you drift to sleep. But does anybody have any specific tips or tricks to share?

This is in part what I wrote the speed-reading section for in LD3. You can write out or copy and paste a few sentences on what you want to dream about and then get it to flash the words or sentences to you really fast. Pro tip: if you click on the label "Readings" (just above the text area), it will automatically split the sentences into words.

      E.g.:
What I mean by dream incubation is the ability to dream of what you want.

      Code:
      What
      I
      mean
      by
      dream
      incubation
      is
      the
      ability
      to
      dream
      of
      what
      you
      want.

I'm trying to accomplish one of my goals in the "favorites" category of playing a gig as a member of a particular band. I'm going to watch their live DVD in about twenty minutes and it should be over just before I sleep. Armed with the knowledge of stability during my situation and confidence/motivation, I'll see where I go tonight.

The gist of what you were saying was enter a meditative state and visualize it over and over again? Then as you get better add other senses?

LOL. I'm watching the DVD for incubation purposes to reach this goal tonight, and, well, it looks like they overdubbed a part (for no reason really, it would've sounded fine. It's a live set, rhythms vary from the album. Haven't noticed this the first dozen times I've seen it or so but still..)

So, I'm afraid this'll cause me to think it's all backtracked when I enter the dream and thus have serious problems (or serious help?) with stabilization and control.

And thinking about it will make it worse (or better) i suppose. Lol.
