I just had 3 false awakenings, and I am scared out of my wits.

I am sleeping over at my friends house.
I fell asleep while he was playing his xbox.

Real awakening 1 (Thought I was lucid dreaming) - Told him to keep his voice down on his xbox live. He turned down his mic and stopped talking.

false awakening 1/2: Woke up to a neighbor coming over making really racists comments. I fell back asleep.

False awakening 3: My friend woke me up and we went into the kitchen to grab butcher knives to stab the neighbor who had fallen asleep on the couch. It was his dad. I turned on the light, and he had just gotten off work. He gave us both a lecture about how we shouldn't let racist remarks effect us so much. During the middle of the conversation I pass out.

false awakening 4: I wake up peek my head out from under the covers and ask my friend when I passed out because I didn't remember when the conversation ended with his dad in the living room. He told me it JUST ended, and I was only asleep for like 3 minutes. I smiled and said, "Glad there isn't any missing time" and fell back asleep.

REAL AWAKENING.

I woke up and freaked out because I didn't know what had just happened. And asked my friend if ANY of that was real. And he said no.
In all reality. As I type this. I don't know if I am asleep or awake. I need to get this under control.

Why is my Lucid Dreaming control betraying me in such a dramatic fashion.

i had this i even wrote it in my dj.
I also thought that i was still dreaming LOL but its probably rare and good sign of dream recall. as you remember the FA's

Do some reality checks just to make yourself feel secure that this is in fact real life. I've had that feeling too, and usually a couple of reality checks will make me snap out of that weird state.
Scary stuff man.
