Not sure if we've had a thread like this yet. Post how you're planning to step into the dream world, as you wind down for bed. Are you going for some dream incubation? Or you trying to just remember to become lucid? Are you watching something on TV or playing a video game to try to inspire dream content? Tell us your methods and what you'd like to accomplish, before you wake up the next morning...

Starting off: I'm about to play a couple of rounds of Batman: Arkham Asylum, before I drift off. I've been doing pretty good about incubating Batman dreams, after playing this game, so I'm going to try to continue the trend. I've also taken some B6 and Melatonin. I'm less than sober, though, so we'll see how things go.
