Dreams where your not really there.

Last night I had a dream I was watching a battle, but I was just a spectator. I could see the battle clearly, but I was sort of invisible and to all the Dc's I wasn't even there. This was not a lucid though. Anyone else have these sorts of dreams?

I call them "camera dreams" because in retrospect it feels like I was nothing but a floating movie camera, recording the scene I witnessed. A friend of mine calls them "movie dreams" for similar reasons. I never had this when lucid, but it isn't uncommon in my non-lucid dreams.

I have this frequently myself, must be my love for movies. A lot of time I change perspective and watch myself or others doing things. They do feel like movies. At least you weren't part of the battle. It's good to be a spectator for those.
