Aggressive dreams, can anybody help me ?

I am Adam, I am 18 and I am described by others as a nice funny guy, I am quite aggressive but it's usually not directed to other people, e.g I play a sport and if i miss I will tend to yell and swear in impulse. I have been in a few fights in my life but nothing out of the ordinary, I can often control my anger. I don't know if it is related but recently I have began to notice that I spasm almost 2-3 times daily, and it is not due to change in temperature. Anyway about my dreams, I have recently found that in my dreams I beat my friends to death, usually with my bare hands, and in a dream last night i killed 3 people all boys and then had very aggressive sex with one of their girlfriends, who in real life is a very quiet sweet girl but looked like she was possessed by the devil in my dream ! if anybody can help i would appreciate it, i am looking to find out what this means, thanks

Well I have aggressive dreams too, but I've learned to live with them. I don't know about the spasms, you may want to get that checked by a doctor. Possibly you have pent up energy and it needs to be released, try boxing or MMA fighting, something of the like to help release the energy. As for the dreams, if you can Lucid Dream, try to gain control of the dreams so you can change it. If not, you'll just have strange and creepy stories to tell. Honestly I don't think I've ever had a "good dream," mine always involve death and murder, but people love hearing about them. Haha. I'd personally like more details on what's going in with you before anything gets diagnosed though.

Well... i think this can be kinda obvious... You said it yourself that you are an agressive person, even while you don't let that out on your friends.
Well... your subconscious puts your stress and your agressive behaviour out on your friends in your dreams... probably you can't let all that anger out in your waking life and your dreams are a good place for it...

Psychologists can help with stuff like this...

Thanks for the replies, I play rugby and go to the gym and that takes everything out ye, but yeah I might need a check up with the doctor, I have no idea what lucid dreams are man, never even heard of them not gonna lie

But yeah I don't mind the dreams and my mates enjoy hearing about them too ! they just say as long as i dont do it to them in real life haha, I was just curious to know if it meant something more than just- your aggressive you will aggressive dreams, thats a good point littlezoe want to confront my mate the other day but contained it and i remember killing him that night, then I f***ed his girlfriend :L

what do ya mean you'd "personally like more details on whats going in with me" ? Do you want to know more about me, I'd be more than happy to tell you, or do you want to know what i am consuming like whats going in me, what am i eating/drinking ?
