      Dream Recall (Help!!)

      Lately i haven't been able to remeber my dreams very well. Usually before these last 2 weeks i was able to remeber at least 3 dreams per night, most kinda vivid. A couple years ago, i hadnt cared for dreaming so up until last year ive been able to acyually remember my dreams for once, now im afraid im losing them again please i need help with this extremely bad.
