I got sucked out of a dream

I had a dream in which I was watching TV in the early morning and my Mum came down and told me to go to bed. I was actually having an afternoon nap. Anyway I got sucked out of the dream upwards and woke up in a meh-shock (WHOA! that was weird.)

I've never felt this before, I think it was because I was at the end of my sleep cycle but what do you think? Have any of you experienced this before?

I once had a dream where an alien ship sucked me out of the dream and I woke up. :|

I've had a dream similar in the way dealing with my mom appearing then waking up suddenly. it probably just has to do with that you we're waking up, there are so many different reasons dreams are they way they are though.
