      I need to know what exactly is happening to me!

      For the past 3-4 years I've been having strange sleeping patterns. Every night/morning I wake up at least 6-7 times every hour or half hour. I thought it was normal, and I dealt with it. Now over the past year I've been having vivid, horrific dreams and acting them out. For instance, I had a dream two nights ago that someone was trying to kill me. I was in my bed panicking in my dream, not knowing what to do because I was afraid the killer was going to find me. Then I felt someones hands slide up my leg. I jumped out of bed, went to the bathroom to look in the mirror (I don't know why) then ran to the kitchen, grabbed a knife and went back to the room. I peaked in my room and realized there was no one in my bed, and that I was only dreaming. I brought the knife back in the kitchen and crawled back to bed. I've also had less horrifying dreams. One dream I was at a picnic and ants were crawling over my food, and I woke up shaking my bedsheets. These dreams happen every second or third day, but I've also had these weeks in a row. I'm exhausted and tired every morning. I was wondering if anyone knew what is going on? or what I can search up to learn more about? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      Are you stressed about something in life at the moment? I know that can be the cause of many nightmares. Or even if your worried about something. I would suggest looking in a dream dictionary and see what you can interpret from them. See if they're trying to tell you something. If it still doesn't make sense then we'll have to see what else it could be

      No, I'm not stressed out about anything in particular. It's been happening for months so some onset of stress wouldn't really make a difference. I'm not wondering what my dreams mean or why I dream about certain things, I'm wondering why I act out my dreams. I'm afraid I may do something horrible and be asleep the whole time. But thank's anyway

      Next time you have a dream like that just sit still let the killer get close to you and genuinely feel no fear and say "What do you represent?" "What do you want"
      The idea is to project love to your fears to disable them. Maybe you'll learn something about yourself!

      That was just one dream, I don't know if I would have one that similar again. But if I do, I definitely try doing that!
