      Dream about Sleep Paralysis.

      I often get sleep paralysis, and i am not sure if it was a dream or reality, but in the dream i was in someones house and i kept on getting sleep paralysis and i was trying to obtain lucidity and get into a lucid dream thru my paralysis. what could this mean?

      This happens to me often, i think it may be because the awareness required is not met or you entered the dream world really quickly without realizing thus losing awareness.
