FILDs can be preformed with an alarm clock. In fact, it's most commonly done so (waking up naturally is best suited for DEILDs). It's most like a WILD in that it's often paired with a WBTB. My suggestion is to set an alarm clock for 4-6 hours after you fall asleep and then wake up for a few minutes; use the bathroom, write down any dreams, etc. Then head back to bed and preform your FILD. |
