Dream incubation! Basically you just imagine it during your waking life. Visualize it as much as you can, especially if you have free time. Try to picture out the scene, and if you want, you can even draw some sketches to really help you visualize and remember the details. Keep thinking about it and daydream about it, MOST ESPECIALLY before bed.

It might not pop up on your first night of dream incubation, but sooner or later it will. good luck!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

What Paige said is right, as usual. A few months ago, I came on Dreamviews and said how I NEVER have any sexual dreams. The very next night, I had the most sexual dream I'd ever remembered. Sometimes I get love dreams and get another one the next day because I thought about the dream so much during the day. It all depends on if you are able to program your mind to do what you want it to do. Sometimes, it takes no effort, sometimes it's difficult. For me, it seems like if I've been more successful with haphazard incubations than trying really hard and devoting lots of time to it, but everyone is different.

      Good luck and dream on!

A very simple thing to do is just to relax and wind down before going to bed, and listen to your favorite song that will aspire such dreams. Listen to that song over and over again and meditate to it. A song that you don't get tired of hearing, and one that allows yourself to relax and bring forth that energy of the dreams you want to manifest. It's a simple technique to which it won't hurt to try.

It's also good to keep track of the different techniques you try each night and the results they had. Best of luck.

It helps to fantasize about it all day. Stay up later than normal thinking about it. Set your alarm to wake up early and chances are you will interupt a very vivid dream.

Hey, I just wanted to offer another perspective. Lots of people say to imagine her throughout the day and to be honest that's probably gonna start getting in your way during the day it doesn't help. The reason why I know it doesn't help is because I really liked a girl in high school, like a lot but I never dreamed about her, ever. It was very strange and I thought well if I care about her I'll dream about her but it doesn't work like that.

Then high school finished and I never even really got to say goodbye. A few nights later I started dreaming about her and I've not stopped off and on for the past year. It's really down to what type of person you are I think but introducing people into your dreams is a lot harder than you might think. I'm still no master of it but I think if you want them to naturally be a part of your dreams then you need to have a deep and unwavering desire to be around that person. If you have that then sit down and talk to your subconscious. Be honest, it hears everything you say. Make a deep deep request to your mind along the lines of "Please bring [her name] into my dreams when I'm asleep." and repeat it. It may not happen right away but if you keep up the communication that you want to see her, she'll be there.
