When remembering our dreams, it's like reading a book starting with the last chapter first, then the one right before that. To use this technique, think of your last part of your dream as the last chapter of a book. You remember that chapter from start to finish. Then, you remember the end of the chapter right before that one which helps you remember that whole chapter. The Backwards Chapter Technique helps us remember long dreams. One may find it helpful to write notes about each Dream Chapter, then write the dream in its entirety.
