      I think I just found one of my dream signs!!!

      The past 3 dreams I have had all involve food or the kitchen LOL!! I think this holds true because I work in a kitchen making appetizers/desserts and stuff so those types of things are always on my mind, and i'm thinking about them through the day. Whenever I eat or are in the kitchen ill execute a Reality Check and hopefully this will hold true once I enter the dream world. I just figured I might share some of mine and does anyone else have these things reoccurring in their dreams?

      I tend to have dreams involving Star Trek, former living arrangements, and car accidents.

      I don't witness car accidents enough to habituate reality checks, thankfully.

      It's a good strategy. Keep those reality checks regular and you'll see good results from them.
