Well that sounds quite scary, I believe the reason why you can't hear your scream is just natural, I believe that generally speaking is difficult because when I was lucid in my earlier dreams, I couldn't talk. But it goes away as you advance, trust me. And about the screamer just a word of advice, nothing is real in dreams and they can't hurt you, the amount of time I've missed out on lucid experiences because of fear is unbelievable. So there's some advice, just blast the f***er with a ray gun or something

Yah, what GangsterPanda said. Next time you get lucid, try to find some ways around it. You can drink water and imagine you're just parched, if you cant talk. If you can't hear, try wiggling your ears with your fingers and imagine your ears are just blocked or something. Get creative! i even once had a lucid ages ago where I couldnt hear anything, so i summoned a volume control button, and amazingly, it worked!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
