i found my own way to dream / remember dreams every single night?

hello i am new here, i just wanted to see peoples thoughts on this.

ok every single time i sleep on my back, i dream.. or i remember the dreams (i read everyone dreams every single night)

literally every single time... i usually sleep on my side and when i do i barely ever dream... this morning i slept on my side i woke up around 6 am without remembering any dreams then i went back to sleep on my back and i remembered 2 dreams..

is this the same for everyone?

only problem is it takes me a long time to get to sleep on my back.. but when i do i dream. usually 2 or 3 dreams. i have been experimenting with this for the last year, it has never failed not even once.. (i don't do it that often tho, couple of times a week because sleeping on my side is really comfy)

When I used to try WILDing pretty regularly, I always got the best results on my back. But I can't say that I know of any other correlation between the position in which I fall asleep and increased dream recall. That being said, I don't keep a great record of the position in which I fall asleep. Maybe I should!

Also, it's pretty fantastic that you've found such a simple manner in which to strengthen your dream recall.

yeah, i think i should try and learn how to do the reality check method.. since i can remember dreams every night.. ive always just tried to WILD because it sounds fun with the sleep paralysis ( i want to see beings walking around my room that would be so cool, like seeing ghosts ((i have seen 2 ghosts before with others that also seen them it was awesome)) ) i haven't got anywhere with this tho, still not 1 lucid dream or obe, have been trying for 2 years
