      Inducing a certain dream setting?

Is there a way to um, like plan out your dreams before you have them?

I want to dream about a specific and personal person/s and 'stuff' with them, how do I go about inducing a dream about something i want to do in the dream?
I would rather die on my feet then to live on my knees.

      Use autosuggestion:

Tell yourself that you will dream about [WHATEVER] at [WHATEVER] with [WHATEVER]

Repeat it to yourself a few times in your mind, then picture you ideal dream in your head. Keep it in your head for a minute or so and then do whatever you want getting to sleep.

I have used autosuggestion every now and again for years and it is amazingly reliable for me.

Do you get better as you keep using autosuggestion to induce things? With getting better I mean that you can get more detailed results en faster/easier.

You have to day dream until you sleep, keep day dreaming until you pass out. It worked for me, what i day dreamed went straight into my dreams and continued it's plot.

You might try visualizing the place as you lay in bed falling asleep. I've heard that works very well.
