      Was this a DILD?

I just went to bed without doing WILD. I just started standing in my room, all the lights were off. So I turned my room light on, it didn't work, but after a few seconds it turned on and I checked my hands. I had 4 fingers and I was suprised. I knew I was dreaming, but at the same time I didn't.

Well, it seems as though you were extremely close to a DILD ! Or, Dream induced lucid dream in longer terms. If you had completely become aware you were dreaming, andnot just had a strong suspision, you would have went fully lucid and yes, it seems as though it would have been a dream induction. Well done! Keep it up

I think I was actually. Because I was controlling where I wanted to go. I was thinking to myself that I wanted to fly but all I did was soar through the air because i think there's less gravity. I turned a couple of lights on and when I turned on my light it took awhile like the rest and I remember that the lights don't work in dreams and I did a RC with my hands and I put my finger through my hand and I knew it was a dream.

Definitely sounds like a DILD to me! Congratulations on your success. Keep it up
Oh by the way what do you mean by "went to bed without doing WILD?" Do you usually try to perform WILD before bedtime? I'm really not an expert on WILDs, but all I know is that it's much easier and much more effective to perform it after you have had a decent amount of sleep during a WBTB session for instance!
      - really cute avatar by the way!

      This was indeed a DILD

Also, with what Benni said, you really shouldn't try WILD just before going to bed - it's best performed after coming out of REM sleep.
