For school, everyone has to do some form of research, and they can choose the subject they are going to research. Because I like lucid dreaming so much, I chose to research dreams! Specifically, the relation between the content of dreams and the memory. I cannot do this all by myself, however; I need participants! What's even better, participating might be beneficial to your progress in lucid dreaming, as it requires you to look closely at your dreams and its contents.

What you need to do is this: every night, for a week, you write your dreams down in as much detail as possible. Seeing as you are studying the secret art of becoming aware of your dreams in your dreams, you are probably already doing this. If you are not writing your dreams down, go try it! It really helps.
The next thing I want you to, is to take your dreams apart, dissect them, if you will. You take bits of your dream, elements, objects, anything, and try and see if these are connected to a memory. An example:
A few days a go, you went to the cinema to see a new movie, and have been telling your friends all about how awesome it was. Last night, one of the landscapes in the dream was very similar to the one in the movie, as if it was taken out of the movie and put into the dream. This is a clear connection between a memory (the movie) and a dream object (the dream landscape).

After a week, you can fill out this form with the information you have gathered:
