      Disturbing dream, please help!

      Hi my name is dan, im 21, currently i im not studying due to that i dropped out in persue of my dreams, but finally couldnt reach them because of daltonism (tried to get into aviation).
      Im writing this hours shortly after waking up from this really unconfortable dream.
      Last night i watched some movies, went to bed at 11:30, i usually stay really late every night.
      So my dream... I was, apparently of what i can recall, in my house, on a room where there were some beds, but most were unassembled, piled up against a wall, my mother and grandmother were there, and i asked if i should assemble the beds for them to sleep, since someone indont remember who wanted my bed. Suddenly after the weird part starts, i look at my hands and they start itching, and feeling little burns, suddenly i start seeing ants around my hand, i checked between my fingers and i see ants coming out of a little hole in my skin, i freaked out and tried to get them of with water on my bathroom , but they just kept coming. I could feel the itching and burns as if like an actual ant was biting me, it was so real. Suddenly after, in the bathroom as i tried to get them off, i look at the mirror, and my face just starts to erupt non-stop pus from random pores all over my face, i put a big napkin to try to stop it but it just kept flowing, then i yelled " am i gonna die?" . While i said that my mother and i dont remember who else were rushing around me, trying to get out for the hospital.
      Then i woke up.

      The subconscious is a mirror, look for similar events and feelings in the past. How is your daily life?
      Nightmares are often stress induced.

      Dreams are run on belief-engines and strength of will is important, in a dream like that either you experience it and learn how it feels (and consequently about yourself) or you convince yourself something else is happening or you change your emotional state or you change some major details (and minor) or you wake up

      it wasn't a lucid dream but if its not a pattern I wouldn't worry and if it is lucidity is the best cure.
