      about my dream journal help ?(newbie here)

      so I wrote a dream journal for almost a month, and recall my dream quite well everyday, should I read it back to enhance and trigger lucidity??

      Yes, I believe you should read at least a few of your dreams from you dream journal before falling asleep. This will help you find dream signs and recognize patterns between your dreams.
