      TED ed: Sleep Paralysis

Just found this TED ed video in my facebook feed. I thought I might share it. It's a good enough primer on the subject.

I'm not always lucid, but whether I'm awake or asleep I'm always dreaming.

Don't like the style of that video - and I wonder, if children and youngsters, to whom it seems directed, do.
Anyway - thanks for posting it and we have one more source affirming, that about half of all people experience it at least once. Somewhere on here is an attempt to "de-mystify" SD by claiming it would be a rare medical ailment. It is a medical condition as opposed to a paranormal one. But it's not a disease and it is not rare at all.
