The only thing you need imo for 3+ dreams per night recall is a DJ. |

I fully understand the importance of a solid sleeping pattern on dream recall. I want to know if other people have been able to remember there dreams with an inconsistent sleeping pattern while still getting 8 hours of sleep. I'm asking because after regaining my interest in lucid dream and deciding to give it a try, I'm presented with several obstacle. I cannot have a consistent sleeping pattern because work has me up from 5pm to 3am and school doesn't follow the same pattern. Can anyone share there experiences or maybe techniques that has allowed them to overcome this obstacle. BTW my dream recall isn't completely dead . |

I'm glad I'm not judgmental like all you smug, superficial idiots.
Yea it's not necessary. I go sleep anywhere from 10:30pm to 2 am and I dream quite a bit... 3 a night often. This is just for me, but I think the main thing is going to bed at an hour where you can still get 8+ hours sleep... the allows room for me to focus on dreaming. If I'm looking at 6.5 hours sleep I don't give a crap about dreaming I just want to sleep enough so I don't feel like crap for a good portion of day. |
