It is common practice to keep a dream journal. This strengthens the memory and helps dream recalling. I'm interested in having a better recall in real life as well, so I'm keeping a diary. I want to rehears parts of the day and occasionally my diary entries hoping to see results in the long run. This coupled with specific meditation techniques.

I was wondering if there's an *easier* (I'm not good at LD-ing so this is entirely subjective) way of developing a good/very good memory, like trying at first to retrieve information otherwise impossible to access while awake. I can provide references for the first part of the post if someone is interested and if I'm allowed to link a well known website.
