      Dreaming through someone's perspective

Hi I'm new here , I wanted to share with you guys someone weird that happened to me. I had a dream that I was looking through my gf eyes in realtime , like I was seeing was she was seeing. She was going through Facebook and messaging a friend then she got up and had some food and proceeded to call me but I didn't answer because I was asleep , I felt everything she was feeling , like scratching her head , looking around even breathing. At that moment I felt like I was her. Then I suddenly woke up and I was stunned for a bit , next day I went to see her and I told her about my dream and she was shocked. At that moment I realized I was seeing was she was seeing, she didn't believe me she said I went into her account and saw the messages but she definitely knew I didn't know her account information. So what can this be ???

Surely an interesting experience. Never heard of this specific type of paranormal experience.

Firstly, let's refer to the person you are receiving the dream off as a "Sender"
In time, your ability to receive short bursts of information should continue to grow.
You may even have dreams from other Senders.
Close family, and friends at first. Then even from distant relatives that you have never met.
Especially if the sender is in pain.

It can be annoying as to my knowledge, there is no control over receiving the information.

If you start to tell the Senders you are having these experiences, you will be looked at with doubt, and fear.
Especially if most of the information is accurate. Nothing scares people like something sounding paranormal.
Nobody likes to be spied on, especially from within their own mind, and without their permission.

Try to hone your skills using a preferred method of meditation during waking hours.
My advice - Keep the ability to yourself.

Wow very interesting , to be honest this happened about 5 years ago , I'm now 22 and I only had that experience once , me and her share a really strong bond , like the other day she jumped in my car and was crying, I asked her what's wrong but she didn't wanted to tell me , so I tried cheering her up and my right eye cried a tear for no reason at all , I feel like with her I'm more close to any other women I know

That's a nifty idea, maybe I can somehow manage the same thing with someone else. Don't ask me how I'm suggesting this because I haven't a faintest clue. I'll just leave it open as a possibility seeing as I may forget so so SO many dreams that maybe valuable information's in there which I've not known about or rather, not remembered upon waking and as such I may be able to manage whilst asleep.

One other thing; I've heard of this before. It was on some haunted house show where a woman living in a house new to her dreamed of being a young girl who was in a basement, scared and someone told her to wash up. Eventually the girl was struck on the back of the head and killed. They then found the girl's partially cremated bones in the basement. The house had previously been a sanitarium in the early 1900s and the house may have been in or near New Orleans. Offhand I don't recall which show this was, whether it was fictional or not. I don't suppose in this kind of case it would really be brutal depending on how you look at it, certainly the girl being killed was yet finding her bones wasn't such a bad thing.

Yeah I told my father and he wasn't even phased by it , he said that his mother claims to have visions like that she would see what he husband would see. He said I was probably passed down to me. Sounded little far fetched because I don't think something like that is genetic. Anyways I had another vision last Friday but this one was really short but more surreal. My dad reffered to a psychic that he knew for years. I don't think I want to know what she might tell me but if you guys really want to know I'll keep posted
