Alright, well you don't seem interested. Hard to tell, with these absolute minimum answers, but you seem a lot less interested in this than we are. |

Ic161.Do you think self-hypnosis will work for my nudity nightmares? |

You're welcome!! Plus, we don't have the equipment to quantum entangle with you to help with your dream anyway, sorry. |
|
Well what has been troubling you for a few days now, or what changed or happened, that is as uncomfortable, concerning others, or even the church? |

Depending on how it's done hypnosis could be just a way of repressing the problem (if the dream does refer to a problem, and they often do, especially if you keep having the dream and it really troubles you). Or it could be done to help reveal what the problem is and help you solve it. If you push it down and forget about it, it will get worse as you get older, until you do deal with it. And your unconscious will keep forcing you to face it, through dreams like this one, but they'll keep getting worse. These things are easier to deal with if you do it before they snowball. I know you don't want to hear this kind of answer, but sometimes you need to face the truth even if it frightens you (especially if it frightens you). I'm not just trying to be a jerk, think of this as tough love. Sometimes the person you need to listen to is the one saying what you don't want to hear, and later in life you'll be very glad they said it. The way you keep avoiding this does feel like some kind of repression going on. Maybe you won't accept what I'm saying right now, but keep it in mind. |

In the end, we can only give him advice. It is up to him to listen. He didn't give us enough information to go by either. If he was to go for the hypnotherapy sessions, he would probably have to have a counsel before he gets started. |
