Unhappy Help! My Dreams are taking over me

Hi guys , I'm new I registered today in order to seek answers and help .

So bit about me first, I’m 18 now and dreams have always been a very important part of my night.
I have what you can call this "future seeing" dreams, that always come true. With time I learned to tell apart the dreams that are simply the work of my mind and the ones that I should seek their meaning. I still confuse sometimes but I am getting better at it. I even had a happy lucid dream once, but not until now that this ever happened to me.
Only in the past 3 months that I started having these " stuck asleep" experiences. I wanted to wake up, I couldn't...and things happened then again I woke up at the same position all over again.
The first time was very scary I don't remember much of it but I was alone and simply couldn't move my body and struggled. Thought I got out of it , but I was back in my bed.
The second time I had an upgrade , I had mom and my brother in trouble and this man in black. All happened in my room , my brother came home , into my room and the man after him , he hurt him, I don’t quite remember how , I think burnt him or something I tried to help and I ended up again in my bed the same position. The same with my mother again I am in bed, then with me I somehow did get up but I was in my position again. I was frightened and I felt helpless I couldn't move , nor open my eyes .After several times I woke up alone. And in the other times as well , when I woke up I still thought I was dreaming because it was so confusing.

And today was the breaking point. Btw all of them happened in day light , in an after- noon nap and today I woke up in the morning but was too tired so decided to sleep a bit more.

This time was totally different , I had lots and lots of people from my memories , my thoughts .My brother was knocking on the door , then my grandma then they were screaming and I was thinking I can't move! they must think I’m dead ...and somehow music was playing very loud in my room and it wasn't before. But this time i really really struggled and managed to move and get out of bed , but with my eyes closed, i crawled on the floor to reach the door, opened it. But woops I am back in bed and again , the next time was way easier and I thought I really woke up because I felt normal , until I was back in bed again, sometimes I was outside our house naked looking for my neighbor (who in real life isn't my neighbor) other times I was in my bed fighting to open my eyes. I had flash backs , memories from 7 years ago , noise crowd. In bed I saw my legs...so I was touching my self to see if I can feel , and i felt my self , but i said why only legs why can't i see my face , i tried to look up and i barely saw my aunt's face. She said well i am caressing you , i am taking care of you. It was her head on my body somehow .In short it was confusing , mixed up , i couldn't make anything out of anything then i woke up like all of a sudden. I was still shocked i didn't know , am i really awake this time or wait i am dreaming again? I tried to get out of bed , but i could barely move. My body was aching so bad . I was dead tired and all my muscles were cramped. And a few weird things, this time it was for an hour and a half which is quite a long time, and i woke up on my back , i NEVER sleep on my back so was i really moving in my dream?

I donno i felt sooo helpless and i can't take it anymore. So i thought maybe if you could help me out on how to wake my self or take control. I mean this is sort of a lucid dream i am aware that i am dreaming. But i can't really tell apart reality from the dream so i am helpless.
      Any advices?

      Thanks

      Me too!

I can't give you any advice but I can let you know that you are not alone. When this happens to me and I don't fight it but just let it happen, I will suddenly feel like I am awake except like my body is dead weight and I can barely move and I will try to pull myself up by pullin up on the headboard or sometimes I will crawl across the floor to the dresser. It always feels like I have to fight with everything in me to move and I can never open my eyes. Oh wait...once when I pulled myself up onto the dresser I got my eyes to open a little and my face looked distorted and then I felt myself snap back to the bed. This will happen 2 or 3 times and each time I feel like I AM awake until my body snaps back to the original position and then it will start all over again until finally I am awake and then I'm questioning, I'm I REALLY awake this time? Sucks!

But one time...one time...this happened to me except I made it to the bathroom and I started to float and it freaked me out cuz I was tryin to go to the bathroom and I couldn't stay "down" on the toilet. So then I tried to walk out of the bathroom and I couldn't keep my feet on the ground so I decided to just go for it and I made myself fly and I went through the ceiling and up into the sky and over my house and then back through the window....HEY! Is that a lucid dream? Or an OBE?

Megalomania sounds like you experienced SP in a dream and then experienced multiple False Awakenings while still being SP'ed in your dream. Now it sounds like this happened over and over.

Something else I think of might have happened was that you rolled onto your back causing you to be SP'ed in real life. Now you were SP, but you were very tired and SP can also be part of the WILD technique. So anyways while you were SP you may have fallen asleep experienced what you did and had multiple False Awakenings again. So you could of been SP'ed in Real Life and your Dream on top of experiencing multiple False Awakenings.

At least from knowledge and what you said this is what it sounds like to me.
As for DreamLove it sounds like you experienced the same things. And I don't think that was an OBE and I don't know if it was a Lucid Dream you didn't really go into a deep explanation, but it might of been.

yes it's exactly how i felt , except i was crawling outside my room . And about opening my eyes i KNOW i am never able to open them and they're the hardest part. And true i think i am awake until i snap back , but happened more than 3 times , in one dream like 10 and in this one about 5 or 6

Brandon you seem like you know what you're talkin about , but it's too confusing to me. That's why i wrote a little bit about me first thought it might give a direction. Your first explanation seems reasonable.

and i didn't know what sleep paralysis was , after you guys mentioned it i looked it up...and omg i realised that i've been having it for a while (only over and over and over at one time)

"Sleep paralysis is a condition in which someone, most often lying in a supine (face up) position, about to drop off to sleep, or just upon awaking from sleep realizes that s/he is unable to move, or speak, or cry out. This may last a few seconds or several moments, occasionally longer. People frequently report feeling a 'presence' that is often described as malevolent, threatening, or evil. An intense sense of dread and terror is very common. The presence is likely to be vaguely felt or sensed just out of sight but thought to be watching or monitoring, often with intense interest, sometimes standing by, or sitting on the bed. On some occasions, the presence may attack, strangling and exerting crushing pressure on the chest. "

Once i was on my back and this little evil kid was on top of my strangeling me , i tried ot fight him and i woke up. and in teh second dream i mentioned earlier i had that evil man dressed in black hurting us...i thought it was just me , apperantly it's common.

Dreamlove do you ever feel something evil when it happens to you?

and guys thanx now i feel not alone!

then my grandma then they were screaming and I was thinking I can't move! they must think I’m dead ...and somehow music was playing very loud in my room and it wasn't before.
This here is classic hypnopompia (audible hallucinations) which is always part of the paralysis process, So I agree with the above members regarding the explanation. They can be so convincing and clear that you will simply believe you're hearing them and are therefore awake.

i really really struggled and managed to move and get out of bed , but with my eyes closed,... I was in my bed fighting to open my eyes.
Blindness is also part of paralysis. To overcome this, however, here's what you can do. Trying to "physically" open your eyes wont' work because you are not trying to see with your physical eyes, you're using your mind's imagination (or dream creator). So, if you try to imagine what scenery would go along witht the hypnopompia (if you're hearing it), the scene will then unfold before you and you will enter (through WILD technique) a lucid dream.

SP can be really scary, and unfortunately your mind will race to create somekind of logical story to fit the sounds. If you don't recognize the fact that it's all in your head, your mind will take over and trick you into just about anyting. SP is your friend! (as long as you recognize it when it happens)

I do feel a sense of evil around me with this happens...I also feel a very loud buzzing sound in my ears or sometimes it will sound like wind and the reason I think I feel the evil around me is cuz it feels like waves of heat keep rolling over my body. I usually sleep on my stomach so I am not sure about seeing anything in the room, although since I can't really get my eyes open I guess that wouldn't be a problem either. LOL! But I know not to even attempt to let myself go to sleep on my back cuz it always happens then. And I can always feel myself slipping into it...like I'm goin into some sort of trance and usually I can stop it if I jump up real quick but sometimes if I've let it go too far, it's like I can't "escape" it.

I am soooo glad I found a place where other people know what I am talkin about and have experienced it cuz when I try to talk to my friends about this, they look at me like I am nuts.

Heh, well, the funny thing is - we all experience this phase between wakefulness and sleep. It's just that most either don't remember it the next morning or only do so very infrequently and never bother to look into it and become a little bit more enlightented. Their loss.
