Yeah sorry, I was just about to edit my post and explain before I got attacked. Anyway, I read once that the reason the Dream Journal helps with dreams is because you're remembering the "Dream Realm" (as people call it) and recalling the dream will make them think about their dream longer, it's either that or I'v just guessed from more than I've read. But writing down a fictional will not just be a bit of fun, it'll hopefully be interesting for people to understand dreams and increase their imagination and creative skills. |
