I had a very long dream about Super Smash Bros Brawl. It was all in the story mode, only the plot had changed a lot, it wasn't in just levels, but a whole world, there were many sections in full 3D and many other differences. I dodn't even recall seeing too many of the game's characters or enemies. Still, there was Brawl at the heart of it. |

I had a dream last night that I was playing Aquaria. Only it allowed two players for some reason and I was trying to get my boyfriend to play with me. When I finally managed to bully him into it we became the characters in the game and fought a boss together. Then we were sneaking into an enemy base (?) and it was in like any other game where you have to sneak into a place without stepping in the lights that the guards are shining. I messed up a couple times and we'd have to start over. |

My first and only lucid so far was one where I was playing a game and noticed that the time counter kept changing every time I looked at it. Since then Ive had several dreams based of games I obsessively play each day (unreal tournament 3/2004, and total annihilation). Sometimes I dream that Im playing them through my computer, other times Im actually in there as a character. |
|
I had a dream where the master chief after halo 3 landed on some primitive planet and became thier god and defended the people from some monsters |

Wow I love Total Annihilation, although I lost it and havent played it in a long time. |

i just woke up from a nap and had an awesome game dream, albeit a little frightening near the end. i was running around my house (which didn't resemble my real home in the slightest) and going from television to television and playing random games (there were a lot of t.v.'s just lying around, with different game systems hooked up). somehow i ended up being a character in a game that somehow was a hybrid between Tekken, and Star Wars battlefield. i knew it was a game at first and kept shooting droids and random things, and i did some exploring, then i had the weapons menu on (neither tekken nor battlefield have a weapons menu) but i kept getting shot at while scrolling the through the weapons. Then this overwhelming sense of doom came over me, it's hard to describe, i guess discomfort, dread and a touch of fear would be kinda close to how i felt but it was more than that. after i chose my weapon (blaster rifle) i wasn't even able to hit the targets, and i woke up feeling the same way for at least a minute. |

I do that a lot too. Most of the time, I dream about games or shows I'm obsessed with. In my dreams, I either dream about a character being a part of the dream, or I just dream about a game that either exists or doesn't, but in those dreams, it's like I am a bystander that has no importance whatsoever in the dream. Like the camera in those games. |

I think it's like anything; if it's often in your waking life, it will often be in your dreaming life. For me, the Thief series was a major influence on my dreams. Even though I haven't played any of the games in at least a year, I still occasionally have dreams with a very strong Thief-vibe to them. Another big one is Halo and I've even had a couple of Civilization dreams. Those have been interesting: being a 10,000ft. giant walking around my nation, inspecting cities and building things. |
