      Night Terrors

      Earlier today, I saw something on tv that reminded me of a weird occurance in my dreams.

      Every once in a while, I wake up screaming, or was screaming just before waking up... It happens maybe once every two months, but is rather unsettling... Since my dream recall is better, I saw what scared me the last two times, One was gruesome, the other was just odd. Nothing very scary, but i scream in my dreams, and my body does too...

      I'm not sure what it is, but are there any ways to stop it? Or any reason that its been happening?

      Any chance you could describe what they were? Especially the non-gruesome one. Was it by any chance geometrical in nature?

      Theyre nothing too scary. One was a small girl with a slash across her face, and the other one was a hand reaching through a door to grab my leg...

      It happened again last night!

      After a very odd period of what can only be described as bear-wrassling, I went back into my house and sat down, I looked toward a door was and a small girl was standing there(not the same one that was slashed up like before) in colonial dress holding a stuffed bear. She looked angry, and it startled me into yelping and waking myself up. Before the bear-wrassling I heard an odd voice say something along the lines of "When she is ready she will show herself." I can only assume that ment the girl...

      This just really makes me uneasy, and I kind of avoid the doorway that she showed up in...
