      Question about Dream Charakters

      This night I had a very funny experience with one of the DCs in my dream.
      It was a friend and he seemed a little bit strange to me, as if he had something that was on his mind... I can still remember how I looked in his eyes.
      After I woke up, I realized that he wasn't my real friend... and I started to get feared by the Question who this person really was.

      I'm not sure if DCs are just an image of what we expect from this people or if they are an other parts of our self, but somehow I had a very dark feeling after remembering how he looked at me.

      So what do you think, which is it - an empty shell or a part of our self?

      But really, they are all a part of yourself. They are constructed from memories, schema, and/or thoughts. Aside from a fleshy body, what else are you?

      Some are constructed more thoroughly, and feel more real, because they draw more heavily on your personality than a shallow memory.

      But really, aren't you a dream character in a dream? That body in the dream is an illusion, you know.
