hi! what general nonlucid dream "types" do you have? mine are 40%- dreams that mirror RL, reflect daily life, concerns, troubles, etc. nothing paranormal in these, but places can be mixed up. Otherwise if viewed by someone other than me they'd appear normal/boring 40% adventure, exciting dreams, sometimes with elements of computer games 10% gadget dreams- weird, unusual gadgets 10% tv dreams- I'm a passive observer in these, usually after watching too much TV before sleep.

I don't like putting labels on my dreams, no reason for me to. But, nearly all of my non-lucid dreams have, me in first person/third person, and improbable but not impossible things. That's probably the least broad I can get with my dreams.

0.5% -- False awakenings. Dreams where I wake up and do my daily routine because I don't realize I'm dreaming. 1.0% -- Random accumulation dreams. Places, images and people that my brain has accumulated throughout the day and thrown together. In these dreams, sometimes I know I'm dreaming. I sort of drift in and out of being aware that I'm dreaming. 0.5% -- Precognitive dreams. 1.5% -- Others. Everything undefinable: Possible past life memories (If you don't believe then fine, I'm not asking you to.), symbolism dreams, etc. Everything else is various forms of lucid dreaming. I also have dreams where I'm in first and third person at the same time, and sometimes I just switch places.
