DILD - practicing spiking my awareness during the day, whenever I remember to do so. And then I'd do the odd reality check, just so I don't forget how to do them - I don't want to forget how to confirm if I'm dreaming or not. |

ADA - well its the one I'm focusing on now, and it has a large amount of people who say its great. Just being focused and aware for as long as you can as often as you can throughout the day. You notice your senses more, and this forms a habit. Then when you dream, that habit picks up, and you notice that dreaming feels different to waking reality (flying, breathing underwater, etc). |
