If I dreamt that I had an asthma attack, does that mean it happened IRL?

I've heard that breathing in dreams always coincides with simultaneous breathing in the real world (which is why the "plug your nose and try to breathe" reality test works). Last night, I dreamt that I had an asthma attack and couldn't breathe at all. Does that mean that I actually had an asthma attack in my sleep? I'm wondering if I should start taking my inhaler before bed, just in case.

I had that before. As far as I know, yes.

Nah, I've had asthma since third grade.

It's cold outside, you turn your heat down when you sleep to save money (well most do.)

but the winter air makes it easy to have asthma attacks.

If you're in summer right now, the pollen will do the same.

      Night-time asthma is very common.

I dreamed last month that I had a fever, and had one last night. The feeling was too realistic in the dream and was the same feeling in real life. I'm not sure if dreams tells you stuff about the future, but from my experience it did. ( well ... the bad things anyway )

Dude. You got a fever. This happens at least every year. Usually twice or three times for some people. The chance of you getting a fever the next month is not very slim at all.

This in no ways shows the future.

Actually you don't get what you have in dreams but when you wake up from a nightmare you are really hot and have trouble breathing sometimes. I've had asthma and flu's in normal dreams that I liked and didn't have them in RL, likewise i've had nothing wrong in nightmares and woke up with a flu
