Objects that appear in dreams and real life?

i had a dream last night about aliens invading a planet and one of them was wearing these goggles that were pretty cool and the next day i stumbled upon the EXACT goggles on etsy: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=39473148
now...normally i wouldnt find it weird but, ive NEVER seen those goggles before that dream and i find it a bit creepy that the goggles actually exist :/
anyone ever had things in dreams appear in real life?

No, not objects but I did pull a dream word out once (Kanano, my name here) and it actually meant something in real life. I read somewhere that it's supposed to be a test to help you learn to speak Japanese better. I too, had no knowledge of it before the dream.

I have had that happen to me before on multiple occassions. I remember people in my dreams saying words that I have never heard of before. Once I wake up, I google them and sure enough, they are real words and they actually make sense in my dream once I know the meaning... It's creepy.
Also, often I will dream of a famous person and I will wake up and turn the TV on and they are on an interview show like Oprah or Ellen, etc...
My most recent one was Natalie Portman. I'm not good with famous people, and I'd actually only heard of her a few times. xD. Anyway, I wake up and turn the TV on, and sure enough, there she is, on some stupid interview show.

I've had situations appear in real life as they happened in dreams. I chalk it up to coincidence, but sometimes said coincidences are creepy.

Objects, though... I don't think my dreams are that detail-oriented. I couldn't tell you what a DC was wearing (unless it was really flambouyant). And I don't remember objects unless I use them *cough*weapons*cough* That you remembered an object like that and then recognized a more-or-less identical one in real life is impressive.

Those are some cool goggles! Anf kind of creepy that it had to do with invading aliens. I call these dreambridges. That creepy feeling or deja vu feeling is a hallmark of a dreambridge. I don't really have any insight into what it means. But I keep my eyes and ears open for dreambridges all the time. Others call them coincidences. I have a method that I use to try to cultivate dreambridges. I even actually re-enact my dreams or go to the same place in wkaing life the next day that I dreamt about the night before. I try to cultivate that eerie feeling or deja vu feeling in waking life because it seems to help me become lucid in my dreams. They help each other. The dreambridges, or coincidences, can get very profound if you pursue them!

whats weirder is that i was surfing the web trying to figure out how to describe that very dream when i found those goggles :/ the dream had a bunch of creatures i had never seen before and i had no idea how even to describe...even the aliens were freakishly well... ALIEN. no hollywood sheit in my dreams apparently D: so a dreambridge is seeing events/objects/places etc. in dreams that you then see in real life? and deja vu is just a dream youve had then forgot and the situation then happened in real life making you oddly recall seeing it before?

This one time I had a dream that my friend stole my vest and wouldn't give it back... a few days later he came over, picked up my vest and said "you should take a picture of me in this vest, I want it."

Yeah, dreambridging is when waking life reflects dreaming. It is common that dreaming reflects waking life, obviously. But a dreambridge is very interesting. If you forget a dream and then something very similar happens, that can cause deja vu. But we shouldn't close out minds to other causes of deja vu. But it is a mystery. I love deja vu! It is kind of a lucid waking life feeling, don't you think? Check out this thread on coincidences: http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=88013

In it I kind of outline my philosophy of dreambridges and how I take advantage of them to achieve lucidity and even....

Going by that logic, I may be able to harness the power of my subconscious mind to find out where my spare set of keys have gone.

      Way to think big, mix.

I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.

The other night, I had a dream that included an adorable rottweiler puppy that was part of another character's hellish nightmare.

I'm helping my parents move some stuff out of storage, and this morning we came across a box of unknown origin. When we opened it up, it turned out to be my brother's stuffed animals from when he was a kid. Included in the box was a rottweiler toy bearing a striking resemblance to the one I saw IN HELL.

It happens often. Too often. I recall I had been lusting about having an accoustic guitar I could call my own for a while. So obviously, in one of my dreams I was playing this black acc. guitar with white stripe patterns around the edges.
Next mornin', I found out I had harvested enough money to afford one, and upon reaching the store, I glance over to their guitar selection and spot my literal dream guitar. It looked exactly the same, and it sounded like it did back in the dream too.

"Huh, deja vu." < that was pretty much my first thought at the time

I do not know if this is included, but I'll state my experience:

I had a dream of mix Pokemon and Final Fantasy. I am not going to narrate the dream wholly. On the dream, I saw a big fat worm(a Final Fantasy monster. That time, I did not know yet that it was a Final Fantasy monster) swallowing Sephiroth...then go on(like I said, I won't narrate the whole story).

So after some hours when I woke up, I decided to watch some Final Fantasy Videos in youtube just to eliminate my boredom. After a while, I stumble upon a video showing the battle system of FF10 game in PS2. I watch it patiently, then after some seconds, I saw the monster they are fighting was a huge fat worm exactly the same the worm I just dreamt. It's name is Abyss Worm, and I just realized that it is a monster from Final Fantasy.

^ Hahah, well it wasn't creepy to me, because I already know Final Fantasy that time. What I did not know, is that the worm I dreamt was really a monster in an FF game and it even has a name. It did not creep me, in fact I was astounded in a good way.

I've had this happen twice, both last month, one right after another. One I could have prevented from happening, if I knew that that was what the dream was about, the other I couldn't have. (They weren't bad or good experiences. They just happened.)

Agreed. That's why a very good or bad experience that happened in childhood can stay with us long after we've forgotten what it was.

Sometimes it happens that what a person see in the dream get that actually done in real life. I heard it from many people that they saw a dream and that become true. Actually subconscious mind is more powerful than conscious mind and what ever is your desire if you will set it in your subconscious mind and keep a target on it you will definitely get it.

Peanut butter ice cream. Check DJ, it's titled Preanut Butter Ice Cream, of course. It was also a precognitive dream

Recently I woke up with the word "Benzinephrine" in my memory, I'm not sure if it's spelled that way though because it was a verbal thought.

It doesn't exist but the 2 things the word makes up do. Benzene and Epinephrine. I was thinking maybe the mixture would make some magical lucid dream supplement or something because it came in a dream , but Benzene doesn't sound like something I would want to consume lol.
