From my experience, if you focus on how little sleep you've gotten you're going to be tired. If I don't pay attention to how little sleep I've gotten, I can get by on 4-5 hours sleep no problem. But if something is waking me up an interfering with my sleep, forcing me to focus on how little sleep I'm getting, then those 4-5 hours turns me into one cranky Cusp. |
