      Dream Recall

My dream recall has gone down since last week, and I was wondering if anyone knew a surefire method of remembering one or two dreams a night. Thanks!

      Talking

well i don't know it it will help but it helps me
      1. make sure after you wake up you dont have to do something right away- it will take your mind off the dream
      2. try to sumarise your dream right away after waking up
      3. if theres anything bothering you its harder to remember your dreams (or if your exited ect)
4.try not to lay around in bed doing nothing. it also takes your mind off your dream
      5. make sure you dont sleep too much nor too little
      6. go to sleep thinking about remembering the dream once you wake up

these all work for me and i hope some work for you as well. things that happen in real life may affect your ability to remember your dreams so if somethings going on then you should just wait for it to pass to get on with the dreaming ^^

I have a problem to, so I will tell you what has helped me. I keep the dream journal right next to my bed with a pen. After waking up I only focous on recalling a dream. If I succeed i go over it in my head and then right it down. You want to think it over besides just writing it or you risk forgetting it later. I am also taking a supplement called ginkgo balboa which is used for improving memory and brain circulation. It helps me with dream recall a little.

Yeah, the DJ, not moving after waking up to remember your dreams, taking notes in the night?

Waking up during the night also helps, you could drink a big glass of water right before bed, set your alarm clock, or go to bed extra early.
