Maybe try planning what you want to dream about right before bed. Or maybe you could use it to your advantage and use it to have an LD! |

For the past 10 nights I would dream about what happened the previous day! I really hate it because I don't like reliving what happened, and it's just wierd. Like for example, the night I saw the last Shrek film, I had a dream he killed my friend when we saw the film!! I hate seeing that stuff, how do I stop? |

"Don't kill me. I'm in a dream right now, and if you kill me I'll die in real life too!" -Me, age 5-8, talking to a dinosaur.
Thanks I've been probably just worrying about something or lacking of sleep, I'll try to focus on that more. |

Everything you see in a dream is a symbolic message about your problems. Things showing up in your dreams the day after is just your mind using them as symbols in it's dictionary of your thoughts and feelings. When you watched Shrek you felt a certain way about him, and so he became a symbol for something you think based on how you feel about him. If he killed your friend it means this Shrek symbol of your personality effected some other aspect of your personality. |

What this is that your experiencing is day residue. Theres really nothing you can do about it it's just a normal occurance. |
