Sleep paralysis. |
This happened a few days ago and it was pretty weird and I never had it before. |
I did look into that after I got that sensation but It said it happens after REM sleep which I didn't have. Is this part of starting WILD or something that I'm not familiar with? Say if it tried it again and staid still for a few hours, would I drift into a dream consciously? |

It's just the feeling of numbness that sets in from your body not moving. |
Emmm... is it really that unusual? I can do this whenever I want. Feels wierd for a few seconds but then I'm completely relaxed/numb. Only takes me like 10 seconds. |
This happened to me too last night, then I had a nightmare I thought it was sleep paralysis but I could move D: . |
I actually like to do this. Helps me fall asleep. Imagine yourelf being peeled from your physical body and imagine the numbness as you being seperate from your body. It's relaxing. |
