      Really wierd need help

Hey i started practicing and stuff for lucid dreaming about 3 weeks ago and ive had 5 lucids but i have a problem, like at first when i started my dream journal my recall started getting better and better then just dropped then i had my first lucid that lasted pretty long and i remembered another non lucid that night then it was back to no recall then another lucid then good recall then bad recall and its just been so wierd and i need help i think it might be my sleep schedule because i heard that going to bed at the same time every night can help so i set a schedule but i just want to know what can help and i have something that i did every night i would listen to music and stuff before bed and do other stuff and i started getting lucids once every other night then one night it stopped but the only difference was there was one song i didnt listen to could that be the reason? I just need some help because i love lucid dreaming and i will do anything to have them every night

ummm A set sleep schedule would help with dream recall, also are you getting enough sleep? a lot of times, your recall gets worse with the less sleep you get.
You could try auto suggestion too! :] ive been getting lucids every night just by repeating to myself "i will lucid dream" until i fall asleep.

Only those who attempt the absurd will achieve the impossible.

Well recently I've been going to bed really late but I wake up late in the day so I do get a lot of sleep but I set my sleep schedule to be a lot earlier so yeah I will try what you said thanks

over the years of keeping a dream journal its obvious to me that i go through cycles with my dreaming. ill have great recall with a ton of lucids for a few weeks or a month and then ill hit a dry spell where ill barely remember just snippets from dreams for awhile too. it ebbs and it flows. a set sleep schedule is a great thing and can help, but its not necessary for great dreaming in my experience.
