      Lucid Dream

      Last night I had a lucid dream, in which i was bouncing up and down, and as i bounced i reached high into the air, but then I was in my bedroom in my dream, and fell onto the floor on the other-side of the bedroom and then I couldn't tell if i was dreaming or awake, and the lucid dream seemed to have ended, then I entered SP, could my doubt of being in a dream after a lucid dream have lead to Sleep Paralysis, and if so, should I just avoid doubt of it being a dream after a lucid dream?

      Just do a few Reality checks, I don't think the doubt has anything to do with it though, maybe it was just the end of your dream or maybe you got too excited?
      Dream goals: Not completed / Tried / Completed
      Summon the Sword of Lucidity / Gravity Shifting(Walking on walls)
