That hasn't happened to me before... But it might be from nervousness or the fact that it was only your first LD, so you were uncomfortable and unsure of what to do. Other than that, I don't know. |

I just had my first intentional LD but my body was SOOO heavy i could barely walk. I exercised some dream control making some noisy people dissapear by turning around but i wanted to fly or something.Has anyone else had this experience? How do i make myself lighter? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Have questions about lucid dreaming? DM me.
I've never experienced heaviness but in my first ever LD I flew and now I can do it every time (can't always stay in flight! ). When you become Lucid you've got to have the confidence that you can fly no matter what. Try running as fast as you can and then jump off a cliff, imagine your self gliding and you should stay level or float to the clouds! |

LD goals:
[x] Fly into space
[ ] Illustrate something from my dreams
[ ] Go into the sun
[ ] Create something out of thin air
[ ] Meet my grandad
That's happened to me before several times, but I never figured out how to get rid of it. Maybe you could try to teleport someplace else and see if it helps get rid of it. |
