      Why does this happen (DILD)?

      Alright, I've been lucid dreaming for a little bit and I've noticed something. Alright, during the night I usually have to take a piss so I wake up. Normally it's like 3 hours before my alarm clock goes off, but usually before I go to bed I'll do ONE set of reality checks and
      then I go to bed and that's usually when I DILD. I think it's odd. Any explanations?

      It would be some sort of WBTB. You wake up and keep lucid dreaming on your mind, with the reality checks.
