      First successful WILD/MILD/WBTB attempt

so I sort of did a WBTB/MILD/WILD today if that makes any sense, and this time my sleep paralysis was quick was like 5 seconds or so, my bed turning, dropping, images materialised, huge sounds, man that alone was so unexpected but I woke up from not staying calm from the materialisation of hypnogogic images

but I went back to sleep again and same thing happened except this time I went into a dream. I tried so hard to open my eyes that I think I almost opened my real eyes, so I calmed down and waited a bit more, and opened my dream eyes, it was weird I was semi aware I am lying in bed but still there was this whole world around me. I wanted to see a lot of people, but I couldn't spawn any people, it was a lot harder than I thought. I was in an empty class, I tried the spinning thing, and rubbing my hands also, they worked. But no matter what I did I couldn't spawn people, I got pretty annoyed so I closed my dream eyes to reset the scene, but then I think I woke up, now that I think of it it may have been a false awakening

What can I do to add people into my dreams

It was your first lucid dream, how could you even think to start creating things or making people appear without any previous experience ?
It is ok to not be in control or don't have control over certain things the first times.

I would suggest to you use a door: visualize a place with a lot of people on the other side of the door, then go through it. You should be in the place you have imagined.

Congratultions, as said, its uncommon to be able to control dreams right off the bat. Doors are great, turning corners is also a good way to change things. Passive control is much easier.

I've been successful with the "movie set" thing. If you don't like what's happening you just act like a movie director and say..."CUT"
Shout out what you want.....like a movie director would. "I want three more people up here to do this next scene!" ....

Sounds kinda stupid, but it did work for me. I created an entire group of movie studio people who were answering my every command and producing actresses and "yes men" to assist me. Unfortunately....I tried to introduce myself to one of them..and when I shook her hand, I woke up.

Congrats on the lucid, even if it was a little lonely. Instead of trying to make people come to you, try exploring the dream world, trying to find people.

thanks for all the advice guys, I don't know why I didnt think of exploring, I think it was because I was sort of trapped in a small class room, that and I expected creating people to be really easy
