help with false awakenings

hi, it has ben 3 days in wich i had between 1-3 false awakenings. but when i know i have them i cannot open my eyes because it will either awake me or make go to another false awakening and sometimes i can open my eyes because i say to miself that i can say with my eyes closed but then my dream destabilizes and i wake up or i fall into another false awakening. i need help because it is really annoiyng but the other time i had one an continued and my dream was the best, better graphics could control somethings very well but it s really hard to get out of an false awakening; i try rubbing my hands but it doesnt work plese help me how do you get out of an false awakening without awakening

Daily I have between 5-6 FAs <.< Anyway, if you RC whenever you wake up, they can easily be turned into a lucid, and to prevent you from waking up, imagine a new scene, rather than trying to open your eyes, for the stabilization problem, use the bed to stabilize instead of the hands.

Yeah, they happen a lot, especially when starting. Get in the habit of doing an RC every time you wake up, youll catch a bunch.

I wear a sleep mask to bed to block out light. But in FAs I never have it on. This makes for an easy RC. Even without opening my eyes, if I sense light at all, I know I'm dreaming. If I can feel the band around my head, I'm awake.
